- As most postal services have been affected by reduced workforces and increase in people ordering online, there are ongoing and significant delays to receiving orders. We would recommend that, if possible, you select the tracked option so that we can give you more information on the whereabouts of your order. Any standard delivery options do not get a tracking number so once the orders leave HQ, we have no further information available on its location. We are also experiencing difficulty in obtaining our usual packaging so you may receive an order where the lid may look a little different or the bottle might not be quite the same. Rest assured the wondrous stuff inside is still the same high quality, must have product that you are going to love!
Because of what we do, we are very lucky that we are able to continue working as we are during this time. We have always taken health and hygiene extremely seriously at HQ, and will continue to do so with additional measures in place to protect both us and you.
